As well as contributing to the evidence-base, your participation will provide you with enhanced monitoring of your patients following surgery and it will provide you with the tools to audit your outcomes and complications to help with continuous Quality Improvement.

Please ensure that you have their consent to provide their details to set them up with an account on the Canine Cruciate Registry. The details you provide will be used to create their delegate accounts. They should expect a response from Amplitude Clinical Outcomes, by email, within two working days.

RCVS Knowledge is the charity partner of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). Amplitude Clinical Outcomes are the database provider for the CCR. By completing this form, you are consenting to us contacting you in connection with the Canine Cruciate Registry project. We will process your data for as long as we have your consent to do so. Your personal information will be used to update you on project developments and create your accounts in the CCR. It will also be used to send you any newsletters that you subscribed to.
